Delivery Zones
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer delivery to the Highlands and Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, or other offshore locations including the Isle of Wight. 

If we cannot deliver directly to you, we can co-ordinate with you to deliver your order to a 3rd party carrier for you to arrange onward transport with them to your address.  Please provide your 3rd party carrier’s address as the delivery address for your order and reply to your order confirmation email with any special delivery instructions or documentation requirements.

Delivery Information
We despatch orders Monday to Friday. Orders are typically despatched the day after your order is placed.  We will endeavour to notify you of items that are out of stock via email within 1 working day of your order.  Delivery times are not guaranteed and should the delivery be delayed by factors beyond our control, we will notify you at the earliest opportunity.

Our orders are usually delivered within 5 working days, please contact us if you wish to arrange for delivery on a specified date, there may be an additional charge for this service.

Small Items
All small items are shipped with third party parcel couriers who deliver Monday to Friday.  

Larger Items
Larger or more fragile items, or orders of multiple items, will be despatched with our palletised courier service. Our couriers deliver on a 'kerbside delivery' basis Monday - Friday, you will need to organise to take your goods in. We can quote for delivery into the property, however, this is done on a per order basis - please contact us for more information.

Important
Please ensure that upon receiving delivery of your order that items are checked over fully for any signs of damage. If any of the furniture is obviously broken please refuse the parcel(s) affected, and notify us and we will make arrangements for a replacement to be despatched immediately.

If you cannot identify if any damage has occurred, but the packing is either torn or dented, please sign for the goods as 'damaged', enabling a claim to be made if any damage is subsequently discovered.
